Product Abstract: Cardamom is a spice belongs to Zingiberaceae family, and native to Southeast Asia. It is world’s third most expensive spice, and widely used in food and beverages. Cardamom has a strong taste, with intensely aromatic, resinous fragrance. In context of chemical composition cardamom essential oil includes α-terpineol 45%, myrcene 27% and limonene 8%. Cardamom oil helps in promoting sweating, weight loss, low blood pressure and digestion improvement.
