Product Abstract: Garlic scientifically known as Allium sativum is a species in the onion genus, Allium. It is native to Central Asia and north-eastern Iran, where it was mostly used as a flavouring of food,and as a traditional medicine. It’s a bulbous plant, growing up to 1 metre in height, and garlic has sulfur-containing compounds alliin, diallyl polysulfides, vinyldithiins, ajoene, S-allylcysteine, and enzymes, saponins, flavonoids. Garlic essential oil also contains robust healing properties along with fighting with myriads of diseases.
